    kati joynerMs. Kati Joyner is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about helping individuals rebuild healthy relationships with food and exercise through proper nutrition education and nutrition therapy.  Using a non-diet approach, she creates a space where individuals can feel free of judgment and are able to explore how their eating habits contribute to their overall health and wellness. Ms. Joyner is a great motivator and adapts her approach to diverse personalities and backgrounds to ensure she is best supporting each person in meeting their nutritional goals.  If appropriate she offers creative services such as grocery store tours, food exposures, and restaurant outings.

Ms. Knierim earned her Bachelor of Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1998. After working in the field for 9 years, she returned to graduate school to earn a Master of Science degree in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill in 2007.
