Diane M. McKnight, MA, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, ATR Ms. McKnight is a Clinical Social Worker and Art Psychotherapist. She has immediate openings and is available to help you if you’re having concerns with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and many other concerns.
She provides a safe, open, non judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your true self. Ms. McKnight is pleased to provide services to adults, couples, children and teens. No "cookie cutter" therapeutic approaches work for everyone, so she tailors her therapeutic plan of care to each individual’s needs, preferences and comfort levels. Also, LCSW and ATR supervision is offered off site and/or by phone.
In addition to talk therapy, she also provides non-traditional therapies such as art therapy and sandplay therapy. These therapies provide less threatening ways to explore your thoughts/emotions and can also help to communicate emotions that are difficult to describe with words alone. Learning about yourself allows you to understand your inner feelings, which ultimately leads you to an enhanced understanding of what will help you to be happier.
“I am looking forward to working with you! Let's start your journey toward healing!”
