We all have unique gifts to offer, AND, we ALL struggle at times. As a practitioner with years of formal training and a myriad of life experiences, I have much practice in listening therapeutically in order to understand, assess, and diagnose, the heart of the matter, in order to help you move in the right direction. With compassion, support and candor, I aim to help you improve upon, or solve, issues that are keeping you stuck.

I believe that physical, emotional and spiritual health are integrated and that we have to honor all these parts of ourselves to function at our optimal levels. I am skilled in assessment of psychological/mental health issues, diagnosis and treatment planning. The modality of therapy depends on what my client needs and their presenting concerns.
